"N.H. was formally a high ranking martial artist mercenary in the Nicky Haugh Resistance. He is Nicky Haugh's second creation and one of his four alternate personalities. He ended up becoming rogue in his rebel unit before he first arrived onto Earth. Having founded/directed his own private military company, N.H. later became a threat towards our protagonist and his own rival when he waged a war on a government organization whilst launching a world wide manhunt on his former friend's anthropomorphic family. This led to an alliance with his creator's evil personality while causing tragedy amongst the society. At this point on, N.H. went from being a bio-terrorist into becoming a dictator."

He is the autocratic founder of N.H.H.A.U.G.H.E.R.S. He is also a notorious bounty hunter in the Nicky Haugh Resistance throughout the first series before becoming a international dictator when starting his private military company and forming an alliance with The P:D and Ambition.

He serves as the secondary antagonist throughout the first series. His primary importance for this series will focus on the fourth chapter in which he dictates a worldwide campaign on Lord NHHAUGHERS while seeking to exterminate Team NHHAUGHERS, along with the anthropomorphic creatures who are placed on the government's witness protection.

The NHHAUGHERS Civil War
He became one of the two main antagonists throughout the second series. For this series, N.H.'s sole purpose is to purify Earth. He starts off by insisting N.H.H.A.U.G.H.E.R.S, a private military company that is tasked to exterminate all anthropomorphic creatures and disband Team NHHAUGHERS, with N.H. dictating himself into killing it's founder, NHHAUGHERS, personally. The rest of N.H.'s dictating purpose is that he obtains a highly dangerous-super weapon and uses it to hold Londonshire hostage and threaten the world for his personal interests, which includes his plan to unleash stateless society. His second purpose is to start a government waged war between his faction and Team NHHAUGHERS.
- N.H. starts off as one of the two main antagonists in The Chronicles of N.H.H.A.U.G.H.E.R.S which his character role becomes larger. N.H. schemes to purify Londonshire by stealing some chemical weaponry and using them to blackmail PRIME into shutting down the government, which will unleash a stateless society and bring out unnecessary laws.

- Both are ministers of their diplomatic affairs which allows them to possess diplomatic immunity.
