Prologue
Seeing how alienated Tails has become after the death of Cosmo, Lord NHHAUGHERS sets out to retrieve the mysterious samples which he can use to revive her. On different occasions, both Nicky and Tails gradually become sidetracked in a mission to stop NH-2000, now dubbed as The P:D, from launching a revolutionary threat that could not only jeopardize both protagonists, but also change the world into becoming an anarchy.
